Eyelid surgery work

The practice's page describes blepharoplasty as removing excess skin and, in some cases, removing or rearranging fat from the upper and lower eyelids to correct drooping upper lids and puffy under-eye bags (eyes). It states the procedure can be performed alone or combined with a brow lift or facelift, takes about 1-2 hours, and has a recovery of about 1-2 weeks.

The separate brow lift page describes two techniques: an endoscopic approach, used for most patients, with four or five small scalp incisions, separation of forehead tissue from the skull, partial removal of the frown-line muscles, and tissues secured with dissolvable Endotine tacks that resolve after about three to four months; and a traditional (open) approach, chosen for patients with a high or elevated hairline so the hairline does not shift backward (source). The page states a brow lift is often combined with blepharoplasty, facelift and neck lift, and that many patients who believe they need upper-eyelid skin removed actually have drooping eyebrows, which a brow lift corrects.

The eyelid-surgery before-and-after gallery page shows multiple real patient case photos labeled with case numbers (source).

Other procedures

Esprit Cosmetic Surgeons' site describes itself as specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery of the breast and face, with over 4,500 breast surgeries including 3,500 breast augmentations performed (eyes). Its facial-surgery line also includes facelift and neck lift and ear surgery; body procedures include liposuction, tummy tuck, mommy makeover and body lift; non-surgical services include injectables and skin rejuvenation treatments.
