Eyelid surgery work
- Upper blepharoplasty. The page describes removal of excess skin and herniated fat, which can improve the visual field. Incisional and non-incisional techniques are both described; non-incisional suits younger patients with little excess skin (source).
- The same page states that in Asian patients with congenital ptosis, blepharoplasty can create the double fold and correct the droopy lid at the same time.
- Lower blepharoplasty. Removal or redistribution of excess fat and tightening of loose skin and muscle. The incision is placed outside to remove skin or inside the eyelid, depending on anatomy. Surgery takes 1 to 2 hours under general or local anesthesia (source).
- Asian double eyelid surgery. A crease is created with incisions hidden in the upper eyelid crease, under general or local anesthesia with sedation. Medial epicanthoplasty modifies the inner corner folds; lateral epicanthoplasty modifies the outer corner. Revision double eyelid surgery is offered after at least six months of healing (source).
- Brow lift. A conventional incision behind the hairline or an endoscopic approach. The page calls it often an adjunct to upper blepharoplasty (source).
Galleries:
- Upper eyelid blepharoplasty: 48 patient cases (source).

Insurance and cost
- "Insurance does not cover procedures performed for cosmetic purposes." Insurance may cover corrective eyelid surgery when ptosis blocks the field of view (source).
- Each procedure page prints a New York City cost range, with a tailored quote at consultation:
