Training and board certification
Dr. Stoeckel earned a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude, from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a master's degree in Anatomy from Wright State University, where he taught undergraduate anatomy and tutored medical students. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati, then completed an integrated, six-year Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery training program at Wake Forest University, completing over 5,000 surgical cases under faculty in craniofacial surgery, cosmetic surgery and wound healing.
